2025 Community Plant Sale & Seed Swap — November 29

Updated: 2 days ago

Join us at Rainbow Kitchen on Saturday, November 29, from 10 AM–1 PM for a community Plant Sale & Seed Swap! Shop for native plants from local producers, bring seeds to swap, discover new varieties, and connect with community partners. Andrew’s Native Plants and Elder Oaks Nursery will be on-site with locally grown native plants.

This event is a perfect way to spend time with family while supporting local businesses during the Umpqua Valley Farmers Market’s Shop Small Saturday downtown. Our event is located adjacent to the market—an easy stop to support community partners including UVF2S, Douglas Small Woodlands Association, the Native Plant Society of Oregon - Umpqua Chapter, Andrew’s Native Plants, and Elder Oaks Nursery.

We’re grateful to collaborate with these partners to create a vibrant, plant-focused community event that supports UNPP’s native plant producers and expands access to everything from vegetables to pollinator plants. A suggested door donation with a raffle basket prize will support Rainbow Kitchen, which has generously hosted our events many times.

Come swap seeds, support local growers, and help our community thrive. 🌱
